Context Labs partners up with New Era Energy & Digital, Sharon AI, and Mawgan Capital to deliver a new AI-focused data center campus in Ector County, Texas.
The project will integrate Context Labs’ enterprise carbon management platform to measure, verify, and report the carbon performance of the energy supply chain powering the site. This ensures that every aspect of the data center’s operations can be empirically quantified and transparently verified.
Mawgan Capital’s Digital Zero Power™ system will provide on-site natural gas–based generation, paired with Context Labs’ carbon intelligence infrastructure. Together, this will create a verifiable framework for resilient, behind-the-meter energy delivery — designed specifically to meet the demands of high-performance AI computing.
“It’s critical that developers lead the charge in managing the climate impact of growing AI infrastructure. Context Labs delivers the AI-enabled data-driven, empirical rigor required to accurately and transparently quantify an enterprise’s carbon performance. This collaboration with TCDC and Mawgan Capital demonstrates how operators, market-makers, and technology providers can effectively accelerate decarbonization in an increasingly energy-intensive world.”
